Hello Orochi Herman,

First off I would like to thank you Subaru and Gatcha for making such a kick @$$ character.She just so cool and I even managed to beat quite a few cheap characters with her. I even went as far as making a Youtube account(http://www.youtube.com/user/Roosta7 ) specially for her. My only deli ma is that she is a bit lacking in supers IMO mugen wise. Now don't get me wrong compared to her original game style you guys made some serious improvements , but I would like to add a few more things to her if you don't mind. So I humbly request your blessing for permission to make a personal edit of Raiya Mikazuchi. BTW I respect your decision whatever it may be.

I had a few family issues that I had to take care of , but things are fine for now."Perhaps I can pitch in some ideas. :P" Second , sound good to me I wouldn't have it any other way. One more thing I'm kinda noob at this character making thing but not strait out mugen dumb. I already know what .act,.sff,.def,.cns,and .snd mean and are used for. It's just the coding and variables I not to familar with. To help fix this little problem and gain some experience quickly I'm working on a character with
one hundred or possibly less sprites as I type. I also have a little experience in spriting too. If this is a problem for you then I only ask to have permission to continue on my own with this personal edit of her. If you say no to both then that's fine as well. Thank you.

Apart from dealing with Vocaloid, my thesis, my studies and whatnot, I'll be also handling an internet cafe for 6 months, which was entrusted to me.

Hopefully I can continue MUGEN stuff, as well as Vocaloid by then. I really want to update ROTBRC and a lot of my characters, but real life is a bitch. Yes, you heard that right, real life is a bitch.

And now, back to struggling. X_X
