Kung Fu Man.

- MUGEN China Forum, which has almost everything you need. Considered an English
site, because many of the Chinese people there can properly communicate with
English speakers.
- Owned by the resident queer of the MUGEN Community, NeoGouki, or JJWE, as he
calls himself recently. Known for his extremely accurate MUGEN creations.

- Phantom of the Server (PotS)'s MUGEN site. Has good characters, often with
dangerous AI. A good guy to be with.
JAPANESE MUGEN SITES - May be purely in Japanese, very few can cater to foreign
audiences.

Hisouten MUGEN Laboratory), run by Mikage, or better known from way back as
Arche, who was then responsible for the fearsome characters Ayu from EFZ and
Zero Hotaru. Now focuses on Scarlet Weather Rhapsody characters and jRO.
- Operated by y.y, and is one of the few JoJo creators (Jotaro and Joseph), as
well as having some unusual creations like Robo-Rock. This guy knows some
English, I've talked to him before in regards to ripping sprites from JoJo.
- MCWVN, run by Nachel, who focuses on EFZ and IaMP (and most likely SWF)
characters. Nachel's Reimu and Remilia are one of the most vicious in terms of
AI tenacity.

- Greatest Gift of Gentleness, a website with Sailor moon and Asuka 120
characters. Note that the characters and site may contain a degree of nudity, so
it could be NSFW. Also has Touhou-related fanart, NSFW or otherwise.
- The site that contains the dreaded Zero Athena. Mainly a link exchance, since
he borrowed stuff from me.
